CDNCE Founders Pre-Sale Terms

The CDNCE pre-sale is closed and is no longer available to new customers. These terms continue to apply to customers who purchased during the pre-sale.

By participating in the CDNCE pre-sale, you agreed to the following terms:

1. Pre-Sale Purchase

• Your first order was processed as a standard purchase under our usual store policies (shipping, returns, warranty, etc.).

2. Lifetime Discount Eligibility

• After your first order, you receive a 25% discount on future CDNCE shoe purchases.
• This discount applies to full-price shoes only (no double discounts on sale or promo items).

3. Scope of the Discount

• The discount is valid for the lifetime of the customer (as long as you’re around to use it) or the lifetime of the company, whichever comes first.
• The discount is non-transferable and tied to the original customer account/email used for the pre-sale order.

4. Limitations

• Does not apply to accessories, collaborations, limited editions, or non-footwear products unless specified by CDNCE.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, or bulk/wholesale orders.
• CDNCE reserves the right to verify discount use and deny fraudulent or unauthorized claims.

5. Company Rights

• While we fully intend to honor this discount for life, CDNCE reserves the right to modify or end this program in the event the company ceases operations, undergoes major restructuring, or where required by law.
