CDNCE Footwear Warranty & Returns

We make shoes we’re proud of—and we want you to be stoked. If there’s a manufacturing defect in your CDNCE Shoes, we’ve got you.

What’s Covered:
Defects in materials or craftsmanship for 6 months.

What’s Not Covered:
Wear and tear, damage from use, or anything caused by life’s adventures.

Regular Returns:
Return your new condition shoes for any reason for 30 days. $10 restocking fee.

If Something’s Off:
Email us at info@cdnceshoes.com with your order number, photos, and a short note about the issue. We’ll review it and let you know the next steps.

We hope you wear your shoes hard and enjoy life to the fullest, but we don’t cover damage due to use. If we made a mistake though in quality or craftsmanship — we’ll make it right.
